HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES

MHG undertakes housekeeping contracts on periodic (annual or monthly) or one-time basis

for offices, hotels, commercial buildings, super/hypermarkets, Hospitals, Malls, Industries

residential buildings, townships, and industrial houses. These contracts are executed with

state-of-the-art machineries used at the site by well trained personnel under close

supervision. The company uses top cleaning chemicals in the market.

Scope of work for H/K attendant For Residential Premises (for 8 hours)

➢ Garbage collection will be clean daily by our attendant for all buildings.

➢ Sweeping and mopping of lobby & stair cases of each building.

➢ Parking & common area will be cleaned on daily basis.

➢ All common toilets will be cleaned on daily basis.

➢ Terrace will be clean once a month.

➢ Common Cobwebs will be removed once a month.

➢ Lift will be cleaned daily and Air fresheners will be speeded two times a day.

➢ Entrance lobby will clean two times a day.

➢ Garbage dug will be clean on the daily basis.

➢ Garden area, jogging place will be clean on the daily basis.

➢ Club house & podium will be cleaned on daily basis.

➢ Playground area will be cleaned on daily basis.

Scope of work for H/K attendant For Commercial/Industrial Premises (for 8 hours)

➢ The scope of work will be as per the site requirement.

Machines Used for Cleaning

➢ Single Disc Machine

➢ Vacuum Cleaner Machine

➢ Jet Pressure Machine

1.Single Disc Machine

Process Of Cleaning :-

➢ First of all, the Single Disc Machine is loaded with water and mixed with R7.

➢ The single disc machine is fitted with a cleaning disc in which three brush is fitted which

is rotating 360 degree.

➢ All the hidden dirt particles are removed which are there from months and can’t be

removed with normal hands.

➢ It gives us the feeling of new tiles as after using this machine the tiles regain its shining.

Areas which are cleaned using single disc machine are as follows:-

➢ Lobbies of All the floor of the spaces.

➢ Club house floor.

➢ Any common area having plane and shiny tiles.

2.Vaccum Cleaner Machine

➢ The water of the wet floor along with dirt particles and mud due to the operation of

single disc machine is sucked through vacuum cleaner machine.

➢ The dirt particles of the Gym Area are removed by using Vacuum Cleaner Machine.

➢ This machine is used single time in a month which is more than sufficient.

Areas which are cleaned using Vacuum cleaner machine are as follows:-

➢ Lobbies of All the floor of the apartment.

➢ Club house floor.

➢ Any common area having plane and shiny tiles.

➢ Gym areas

3. Auto Scrubber Machine

➢ It includes all the functions of single disc machine as well as vacuum

cleaner machine.

➢ It is easier and faster than both of the above-mentioned machine.

3.Jet Pressure Machine

➢ The Parking areas of the society/premises is cleaned using Jet Pressure Machine.

➢ The pressure gun of Jet Pressure Machine release water at maximum 100 kg pressure

which take away all the dirty soils which are stucked there from a long duration.

➢ All the areas which are dirty due to spitting is cleaned using this machine due to the

high pressure of the water.

➢ This machine is used single time in a month which is more than sufficient.

Areas which are cleaned using Jet Pressure machine are as follows:-

➢ Parking Areas of the society/Apartment.

➢ The path areas of the club house.

****If the above mentioned procedure is not followed then the society/firm/company can take appropriate

action/debit according to agreement norms.

GARDEN MAINTENANCE SERVICES

Managed by a team of horticulture specialists and gardeners, MHG provides high quality

maintenance services for the existing landscapes garden. This is made possible with the

usage of best fertilizer brands, quality machineries and professional gardeners.

Scope of work Garden Maintenance

➢ Grass cutting through machine.

➢ Planting of new flower.

➢ Edge cutting, trimming &lawn moving.

➢ Making design of tree & parapet area plants.

➢ Garden area will be clean on daily basis.

➢ Irrigation according to weather.

➢ Material uses according to map.

➢ Periodically using of pesticides & Manure.

SWIMMING POOL CLEANING & MAINTENANCE

MHG offer a full range of exceptional swimming pool cleaning and maintenance service for

hotels, residential and commercial pools.

In addition to the regular pool parameters such as chlorine, pH, alkalinity, etc., MHG also

offers a professional microbiological water testing service as per the client requirement.

o Our technicians will clean, scrub, vacuum and add chemicals - keeping the pool

ready for your enjoyment.

o Our trained troubleshooters are ready, on-call, incase anything fails, leaks or starts

making a funny sound.

o Our highly professional customer-support staff at the office is educated on a regular

basis on pool related matters and is ready to take your calls, comments and

complaints.

Scope of Work for swimming pool

o Cleaning of the pool walls, & entire bottom floor of the pool.

o Vacuuming, scrubbing, and brushing of the pool.

o Chemical dosing to the pool.

o To maintain PH. & chlorine level of pool.

o Supply of chemical required maintaining the pool.

o To keep the pool in hygienic condition.

o Checking and coordinating with the concern dept. in order to maintain water level.

o Checking pumps, and reporting deficiencies to the concern department immediately.

o Performing chemical tests. And add/adjust chemical accordingly to ensure that all chemicals are in a

safe and acceptable range.

o Checking pools drains and keep free of debris.

o Clean hair filter strainer, skimmer basket and overflow trough.

o Clean pool water of floating debris like leaf, paper, etc.

o Any major repairs & Replacement of Equipment etc will be charged extra.

o Our pool technician will visit six days a week i.e. (Daily till the tasks are done).
